Defective/Missing Items

If your product is defective, or missing any components please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue.  You can reach us via our contact page


If you are unhappy with the product for any reason you have 30 days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging.


Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
